Arrived at 12:30 left at 3:30. The manager proceeds to tell me to leave the property right away and not lollygag even though they took their sweet time and are allegedly short with forklifts. He then proceeds to throw my paperwork on the ground. He should be fired immediately for such hostility and lack of manners.

Arrived for a load 16 hours early for a 2 stop drop in Evanston, IN and Rivera Beach, FL. Expedited team left empty handed.

3,800lb load requiring a 105" clearance connestoga. Was told the day before at 1600, shipping was busy building up an Amazon load and to come back at 0600 the following day.

Arrived 0615 and checked in. Was told to sit and wait in the truck then progressively told by various "employees" that I, at 75' was in the way and had to move on 3 occasions.

Called the prescribed phone number to find out what our status was, and she had no idea since she didn't work in the shipping department. She returned my call and stated that someone would be around shortly. 20 minutes later, I secured the rear flap and contacted the broker at the 2 hour mark that the customer failed to load and then left the property.

Front office needs to motivate the shipping department's communication and logistical approach. If you're reading this as an OTR driver, give Price a miss and just go to Provo for a load. Not worth your time for money and logbook hours lost.

I came here to get unloaded I waited on the street for the lady inside off the office to call me and let me know if i can get unloaded in the mean time 3 trucks bypassed me and got in without even calling in they made me wait 4 hours for those 3 trucks to get unloaded and then they got me unloaded (the lady at the shipping office is a mess she doesn’t know whats she’s doing
