Krista is AWESOME when dealing with her regarding rentals here in Bakersfield, even though her office is in Ventura... Their representative here in Bakersfield (Tisha) acts as though you are completely inconveniencing her, whether you are calling to find out what day the landscapers are mowing the back yards (changes all the time)so that you are able to unlock your gates, calling with regards to a plumbing problem that needs to be resolved immediately due to toxic water standing in a sink 5 ft. from your bed, or calling with regards to neighbors treating the complex like a frat house that are holding parties on your front lawn 2am Sunday evening/Monday morning, instead of a multi-unit residential complex ensuring everyone peace and safety... AND THAT'S IF YOU CAN GET HER ON AN ACTUAL TELEPHONE OR FIND HER IN THE OFFICE (Nearly NEVER) She does however find the time to call you and accuse you of doing things around the complex that you weren't even aware of, but the landscapers supposedly accuse you of... when I've rented from this company and her for well over 10 years, she should know me better... What an insult Tisha!!! Seriously disappointed in you...

But again, if you can deal with the Ventura office and the distance, this real estate management company is well worth renting from... and they do have an online portal which makes rent payment easy...
