My husband and I had been looking for a house for nearly 6 months. We knew wanted a rancher, but they were extremely difficult to find within our budget, so we decided to look for an older home and do a reno. The staff at IRG were wonderful and when we found a home that was a possibility, Usman, King and Rizwan were ready to go look at it the day it came on the market!! They gave us their opinions but did not disregard our vision...and in the end we usually went with their recommendations!! They were willing to work w/ us to make the home a beautiful and wonderful place for us to live. We cannot thank them enough.
Uploading some before and after pictures which do not do their work justice - but hope they reflect the work IRG did from where we took down walls to the beautiful tile work in the bathrooms, countertops in the kitchen and hardwood floors...and the list goes on!!

Integrity Real Estate Group did some wonderful work on my properties in Washington DC. Although the renovations were a challenge the finished product was amazing. I found out about this company from a friend who purchased a home from them. I was really impressed by how amazing her new home looked, so I reached out to them to see if they did renovations as well. Lucky for me they did! I worked with them to remodel my basement which had been on my bucket list for many years. The whole process was extremely smooth and hassle free. There was great communication the entire time and the end result was amazing. They were able to take my ideas and make them a reality. My basement is now everything I had always hoped it would be. Highly recommend this company. They did a lot of interior work on our 4-bedroom house (with an existing addition), including renovating the kitchen, custom/hand-crafted coffering of our ceiling, and wainscotting the entire first level. Biggest take away is the level of trust we had in Integriy Real Estate Group to do the right thing and make the right decisions. Their professional knowledge, attention to detail and ability to listen and understand clients needs and wants has made all the difference and the end result is exactly what we imagined for our home.

Integrity real estate group is first class all the way! I had home improvements on my home by them and everything was done really well and fast.
