Royal Williams at MyITPros is an outstanding IT tech. I am not fond of the way the company's system has changed, but Royal is hands down one of the best. There are just not enough words to say how I much appreciate working with MyITpros. I have no doubt that my entire network is in safe hands. My company uses MyITPros and they have been great for all the times when I've had an IT issue to fix. In particular, Anthony has been professional, courteous, and a delight to talk with as we worked through my technical issues. I joked that the only time I call him is when I have a problem - and that I felt guilty about it. That's how "human" a service they provide.

Other team members such as Xavier and Chris have also been very helpful so this pro-active attitude is not just limited to one person. If you're shopping for a new IT support group, please give them a chance to win your business.

Just completed my annual business review, these guys are great, they really shown an interest in our business before talking about our account. They took the time to explain shortcomings in our IT department in a way that was useful and understandable. The tech support is great, the techs are always patient and through, even with our most novice users. I have been working with MY IT pros for just at a year and it has been worth every penny.
