My interactions Chris Maxwell-Gaines began in 11/23 after we met for a consultation because I was experiencing flooding in my home, backyard, and side yard. After going back and forth for months I finally got a proposal/plan and paid them a deposit on 2/9/23. 4 MONTHS went by and I was sick of being ignored over and over again when I asked for an ETA. The work never was scheduled. I had to wait until 6/6/23 to get my money back. Keep in mind that during these 4 months I continued to suffer with active flooding issues in my home through the Spring rains. NEVER work with these people. They're unprofessional, unresponsive and a complete waste of time, money, and energy. I could have found help back in Feb 2023, but no, I am still dealing with flooding issues more than a year later .... Not to mention that the work they DID do for the HOA was pathetic. They supposedly guarantee their work but I continue to experience flooding after they put a "swale" along the side of my yard. I can't tell if it's even an inch or two deeper than what it was, it's negligible and it made no difference whatsoever. It took me so long to recover from this that I am writing my review months later.. I sincerely hope that businesses like these go out of business because of how poorly they treat their *paying* clients.

The IWS crew was very professional, and they were always prompt in their responses to any questions or concerns. I had them install a 32k gallon rainwater system on my property. They took care of everything for the install, from tree clearing to electrical, so it was nice to not have to deal with multiple companies. Turn around time, once the tank was ready, was very quick, and they made sure I understood every part of the system once they were finished. All in all, the quality of work was top-notch, and I would absolutely recommend their services!

I cannot say enough good things about these folks. They installed two rainwater harvest tanks for me, complete with UV light & filters. They are very professional and very knowledgeable. If you are interested in rainwater catchment, in my opinion, there is no better company in the central Texas area. Highly, highly recommended!

IWS did a great job installing a drain, gutters, and a 2500 gallon rainwater reclamation tank. Everyone I worked with was extremely knowledgeable and kind.

We had Innovative Water Solutions come out and inspect a home we were looking to purchase that had a rainwater harvesting system. Chris Maxwell-Gaines came out to do the inspect. He was very knowledgeable. We were unfamiliar with this type of system and Chris took his time to explain everything to us and answer all our questions. His report was thorough and received in a timely manner. I would 100% recommend Innovative Water Solutions.

We recently had Innovative Water Solutions install some tanks for us - total 2,260 gal. capacity. They are GREAT! We have two 1,000 gal. tanks and a 260 gal. one.

The photos show what a thorough prep. job they did, especially cutting a nice hole in our artificial turf in the back. Quality prep. work leads to a quality, long-lasting system.

As luck would have it, we got enough rain right after they finished to fill the tanks to over 90%. We probably won't need the water 'til next summer if El Nino stays strong, but it's good to have it in place. Also, we wanted this work done before our landscaping company started.

We Highly recommend IWS for projects like this, which will become more and more appealing as water becomes scarcer.

These folks did some drainage improvement work for us. We received bids from a few other reputable establishment before selecting Innovative Water Solutions. Their project design plan and installation work was excellent. We have had several heavy rains since work was completed and the improvements are dramatic. The cost was also reasonable and affordable.

I engaged this engineer for a graywater reclamation design, and initially was impressed with what Chris had to say. After I paid the initial fee to kick off the work, they become completely unresponsive. By unresponsive, I mean, 4+ months without replying to one of my 8 emails, 10 phone calls, etc. Needless to say, I fired them via email and they never even replied to that! This was my experience in 2022.
