Lead was undersized. Contacted the company and they blew us off. This company sucks. Kevin Welniak Is the regional sales manager and Brooke Asher was the rep. Save yourselves the trouble and buy from somewhere else.

We placed another order for our clinic, which has never been a problem until now. The lead we ordered was not the correct size and could not fit anyone in our clinic. We had not even wore it in a case and the rep Greg Dawson would not allow us to return for a bigger size or a credit so we could receive the correct size. The owner and physician of the company called the rep to discuss options after giving me a run for our money, and was very unprofessional. We have spent thousands at this company and planned to spend more, but not now. This is not how you accomodate a company when spending thousands of dollars with you.

What a horrible company with the same attitude.

We ordered our 10 set of xray lead from this company. This was supposed to be a large in size. We received the appropriate bottom piece (i.e. large) but the top was a small (but labeled large). We have a large apron and when we compared the sizes the new "large" was at least 4 inches shorter in multiple measurements!

Contacting our sales rep we were told we could not return the apron because it was "worn". No one has worn it because it is too small. Despite our informing the company of this fact they told it is was our problem. Our sales rep also had a "wonderful" attitude about it all and basically told us to live with it.

Nice. This is how to run a company? Good luck Infab
