I have a tree that has fallen onto my house that's not on my property lines since 9/11/2020. I've sent emails and got a work order number, but the tree has not been removed. Everyone should write a letter to Consumer Affairs, Federal Trade Commission for collecting monies and failing to their job as a HOA Management Group.
Very dissatisfied with this management group.

This management company that serves my community in Prince George’s County is the absolute worst. What’s the point of having hours of operation or even a phone number if you never answer the phone or provide decent customer service - like ever. Not only are they unresponsive, when you finally do a reach a person they are beyond rude and in no way want to assist you with your concerns or problems that you have. Their go-to response is, “You need to review your communities bylaws because the information you’re looking for is there.” I love the community I live in, but I wish I had done my research in the HOA prior to buying my home.

TCMG INC has to be the absolute worst HOA management group. They do not return your calls, they do not address the complaints, and they do not enforce any of their governing ordinances or guidelines. Poor customer service when calling the office. Ever since they have taken over management, it has been a complete nightmare. We pay HOA dues for absolutely nothing!!!

This place is terrible. They don’t even answer the phone anymore. Does anyone even work here?

I have been doing business with them for about 3 years. I have found them to be really responsive and time sensitive, which is a big deal on my end. I have had a few situations where we had emergencies or time sensitive issues that had to be solved and they totally got them handled. Our rep is friendly and contacts us regularly, we're really pleased with them and intend to re-contract.

...wish I could give a negative rating for TCMG. I've been trying to reach them about parking placards for more than a year now and have yet to get an answer...not even a response to my emails and phone calls. They've stopped having HOA meetings (conveniently) so there's no one to speak to in person. Terrible customer service considering the HOA fees we pay.

This is a HORRIBLE property management company. I have a caved in Walkway that has not been addressed since my first work order in 2015. They closed the work order without notifying me of a solution. This is a safety hazard! I put a second order in for the same issue 2 months ago and still have not heard from them despite numerous phone calls. This company only cares about collecting HOA payments and not using them towards the community that they are suppose to upkeep. If your looking for a home that is managed by this company RUN THE OTHER WAY because they will ruin your homeownership experience with their unprofessionalism and lack of competency for what it means to be a real management company.

I'm really confused about the 5 star reviews on here as I can't even get TCMG to respond, follow through on actions they committed to taking, or provide proper notice for meetings or services that will impact residents (where they have damaged my property). Honestly, where are the fees we pay them going? I'd really like to know since the most recent budget they've made available is a draft from 7 years ago (pictured below) . The second photo shows all the things the website commits to doing - it does not do these things, let alone "much more". I had to go complain in person for to even get them to give me the information i needed to pay my dues when I moved in.

I wish I could give negative stars. This group has let me and my young child go without heat for over a week now. I have called and actually spoken to someone once who said they would pass along the message. Nobody every called back until I made more complaints then a subcontractor called me today and asked if they could come over at that very moment. Um, I work. I need notice. The contractor said they would need approval to come in to work over the weekend. They never called me back. And now, as is usually the case regardless of day or time...they are closed. Total disregard for decency. So now we have no heat for the weekend. Thanks for nothing Commercial Management Group.
