Highly recommend IDS! Talk about amazing customer service, great price, and quick to help me. I love supporting local and this was the dream team. They didn’t make me feel foolish for all my ridiculous last minute questions, dropped the dumpster off right where I requested, helped me through the entire process … including selecting the best size. I also appreciated their texting system of letting me know when it was reserved, dropped off, and picked back up. They are extremely fast with all their communication!

We have had fantastic service with IDS for trash and recently rented a dumpster from Sam. Sam came down and placed the dumpster so it was easy for us to access and came back and picked it up. He has a great service and easy to work with. The billing service is easy to use and the customer service is even better. Making our building clean again!! We just started using IDS for our residential weekly trash pickup and I couldn’t be happier with their service and price. They set you up with a nice 96 gallon can and show up on your pickup day without fail. For the monthly cost I would spend more driving back and forth to the dump, so why not just let them do it and take another task off of your plate.

Amazing service and a great help getting a dumpster over to the Lynchburg Arms crew on very short notice after a fire! Helped us get up and going with the cleanup and stayed in touch to be ready to haul off as soon as the dumpster was full! Great company to deal with!

Fantastic experience with IDS on their 30yard roll offs! Sam was responsive with scheduling/planning and was able to bring another dumpster the next day after I filled the first one!
