Pricey but beats walking all over the place . Safe for the most part, but attendants have no shame asking if I had cash to give to the guy retrieving the car. Asked me three times if I had cash for the “boys”. After paying $80 , i wasn’t in the mood to be harassed for a tip

Checked in 2 vehicles and pulled them out at separate times. The employees checked out the wrong vehicle (our 2nd vehicle) which departed the garage 2 hours before us and wouldn’t release our vehicle which was still there. Not until I called the police and then miraculously they found our car. Scandal all the way around. Will not ever be using any icon garage again.
They said it was one of their employees mistakes but since it wasn’t the person we were dealing with they weren’t willing to fix the issue. Terrible customer service. If I could remove stars I would.

Having read many of the bad reviews, I felt compelled to say that my experience today (Saturday) was the complete opposite. The staff were friendly and courteous, and checkout was quick and painless with a scan of a QR code that was sent to my phone and a tap of Google Pay. Granted, I didn't have an oversized vehicle. Without knowing any better it seems like $40 for up to 12 hours on a Saturday is a fair deal for a major city. Maybe that is actually expensive (I honestly expected it to cost more); but as for service, I have no complaints.

Worst experience ever! They are horrible people! Charged me $53 for 40 minutes! Said my Honda SUV was an oversized vehicle, so charged me extra. I couldn’t believe how I was treated! I went to visit the 9/11 memorial not knowing it was closed on Tuesday! Walked right back to the car after realizing and still was treated with zero sympathy! Do not park there.

Never use this place. They say night special $25 but when you go in person, they are saying $48. I showed the picture but they said no it’s not how it works.

I spoke with Gallo who told me that a tip is mandatory and the the money I paid goes to the company and is worthless to him and his coworkers. It's nice to know that the high rates this garage charges are unappreciated.

This place is particularly hard to find. We were looking for this parking garage and didn’t know where the entrance was. I wish it had a clearer sign outside. Apparently there are two entrances/exits? The prices are reasonable we were parked for 4 hours and paid $30 at the end. If you plan on being there longer than what you said it’s best to just call them because the cars are so stuffed they will charge you for moving your car out and then moving your car back in if you don’t show up on time. The 24 hour service is great for those late nights. Also the staff was really nice and answered all our questions and provided us with their business card with phone number for any questions.

I had a reservation to park , it is supposed to be 24/7, I arrived after midnight, door was closed, I rang the bell and there was a man that told me it was closed and that the reservation was not valid. I am trying to get a refund but they are still saying it was open 24/7. This is a scam.
