I can't say enough about the beautiful view located across from a trail that is very beautiful and it is maintained extremely well. Upon moving in, the unit was spotless and very very appealing.
Management is without a doubt the best I have had. Elizabeth is on it! You can count on getting a return text or call within minutes. If something needs to be taken care of she contacts maintenance who will contact you directly to find out a good time for him to stop by. I've lived in the places where they determine the date and time range is freakin ridiculous. (03/15/25. We will be in to fix your plumbing between 0800 and 1600 so please be home at that time) That is what I've gotten in the past. At Orchard Farms they will contact you via cell or text in a very timely manner. Staff are amazing. Extremely kind and not one time has Elizabeth ever made me feel like I was a pain in the bum. Her friendliness and kindness was definitely a factor in our decision to reside here. I am pleased far beyond what I imagined...

Our property manager, Elizabeth is always on top of any request I have. She immediately finds a solution and puts me in touch with those that will fulfill my request. Our maintenance man, Dan is also quick to respond and solve any issues we have.

Very beautiful place to live. It’s family oriented and safe. The grounds are nicely kept, and I really enjoy walking my dog around the neighborhood.
I am also extremely happy with the management. Especially Elizabeth! Super accommodating and understanding. Since the first day we walked into the leasing office it has been a positive and wonderful experience. We have never leased a place until now, so we had a million question and Elizabeth helped us every step of the way. My husband and I have lived here for 3 years now and we absolutely love it! The team in incredibly kind and helpful. Im always greeted with a smile and hello when walking around the property. Elizabeth is so friendly and truly cares about the people that live here. I’m so thankful for her. I also have to give a huge shoutout to Daniel the maintenance man. He goes above and beyond to get things done quickly and efficiently. Most of the time he is able to complete my service request the day I put it in! He even fixed our towel rack when he was in doing something else, and I hadn’t even requested that, but it was so thoughtful and I’m so thankful for him. Such a great experience living here and I highly recommend it!

Summer

After moving from across the country, I couldn’t have been happier to find ICO Orchard Farms. Not only is the unit gorgeous with some of the best views of the mountains in the area, but it is clean, well kept and the neighbors are courteous and quiet. Katie and Elizabeth made the move in process a dream, and were extremely patient with me while I asked questions about the area and the complex. I can honestly say I have never been happier in a complex.

Update: Things have only gotten even better! I’ve never lived in such a well maintained complex before. I really hope to stay here as long as I possibly can. Elizabeth and Katie have been so accommodating and friendly every step of the way. From accommodations and courtesy with yearly inspections to checking in on residents, it’s been such a pleasure to live here. My neighbors are all wonderful too and the build quality of the units seems excellent. I have had literally, no complaints.
