Absolutely the worst property managers and people in general I've ever had to deal with. In the first two weeks of living in the property I literally had to stay home everyday for service calls. Water heater (6 service calls), hot tub, ceiling fan, shower heads, toilet, dishwasher (clogged with food from previous tenant). Inge claimed that she "personally conducted a walk-through". That didn't change the fact that nothing was in working condition and even light fixtures around the house had half of the bulbs burnt out. I used to work in property management and at the very least you put new bulbs in the ceiling fixtures when you do a "walk-through".

As I continued to live in the unit it was a battle to get anything fixed at all and even more of a hassle to get it done properly. Whenever I would call for service they would either ignore me or blame the problem on me. There is a huge pine tree on the lot and its roots clog up the drain. I called to have the drain rooted and they told me it was my fault and my responsibility. When sewage started spewing into my front yard I called the health department.

I still live in the property, but IPMI no longer "manages" it. Thank God...

Had to stand firm to get our deposit back after an absurd 31 days — and was attacked personally for doing so.
