Kashif Husain is the perfect realtor if you decide to sell your home. We randomly picked him up through the flyers they mailed and it truly was the best decision to choose him. He immediately prioritized having a meeting with us and listened to what we wanted. He is very thorough and detail oriented! From preparation to open house, and even until the closing transaction. Our case was a little different because we wanted a rent back for 2 months in order to prepare moving out and he was able to deliver it to us with the buyer. On top of that, he was able to sell the house in 4 days!
