i had paid a little over 500 $ to perform a mold test at one of my properties, they came and performed the test and left. i waited weeks for them to get back in touch with me for my results, no one never got back in touch, I had called multiple times, no one new anything. To make a long story short. I ended up locating and speaking with the top guy in corporate. Only then I finally got a response from them and a apology. In my opinion, I wouldn't want anyone else to get the run around like i did, take your hard-earned money and business elsewhere to someone with better customer service .

This company will perform work and provide drawings to the city on your behalf without a single communication to you except for the $$$$ invoice afterwards. Unprofessional at best. AVOID.

We hired them for our HOA work to check a drain/tennis court issue. Their camera didn’t work to check the drain, and they billed the HOA for the work, plus other work they quoted but was never contracted for. We are very disappointed and trying to get our money back. Would never use them again for any reason.
