We interviewed several builders in Northern AZ. Some were out of our price range while others didn’t have the time. We met with Chris and brought our blue prints. He gave us a very fair bid and we were anxious to get started. He gave us some great ideas on certain items that we had never even questioned. Whenever we came into town we would arrange a time to meet and he was always on time. He always sent us progress reports along with pictures every 2 weeks . The subcontractors he worked with were very friendly and very knowledgeable in their field. We broke ground in May of 22 and moved in Dec 10th of 22. If you are looking for a builder I would recommend Chris and his team.

We had such a great experience adding on to our home! Chris was always professional, and responded to us in a timely manner. He was very easy to get a hold of by phone or email unlike many contractors. He used quality materials and never cut corners. He never made us feel like our questions were silly or unimportant. He was knowledgeable and experienced. We were always kept us in the loop when materials or workers would be to our home. We stayed exactly on budget and paid the exact price that was agreed upon in our contract. There were no hidden prices or surprises at the end of our project. I would highly recommend Hunter Building Group to any of my closest family and friends. I would definitely use them again. Our addition is beautiful and looks just like the house was always supposed to be this way. You can tell he truly enjoys his profession and is very good at what he does!
