Example Review: Due to a water leak in my kitchen wall, the floors in my whole condo had to be replaced. As well as some moldy dry wall and cabinetry. Needless to say, it was a stressful situation. However, Terry and his crew were on top of it all. They were always punctual and professional. I literally had to do nothing. Their work was beautiful and seamless. I'd also like to add how trustworthy they are. Multiple times they were working in my home while I was at work. I'm very happy and thankful for Hugon construction.

I have waited for a long time to post this review because I was so upset and did not want to be unfair. After a fire you are emotional. Jerry came in and assured me they could help. And they did. It took time and I understand construction takes time. They did help me in some ways. But they also hurt us in some ways and then refused to take responsibility. After a fire all contents of your house are removed and cleaned. Some of my clothes were ruined. Things that can’t be replaced “oh well right?” Things were taken and never returned(stolen) my property was stored in their warehouse that was burglarized? I asked for a police report. They were unable to provide for me. The boxes that were stolen had a great deal of value. They gave us a lowball value and they were done with us. This morning we have plumbing problems secondary to simple things that could have been avoided by simply putting in the plumbing under the sink in properly. They didn’t use pipe dope to seal the plumbing! I guess we were the dopes for trusting them. If I could give them zero stars that is what I would do.

I scheduled to have someone come out for a remodel estimate and after waiting an hour for the guy to show up, I called the company and they said that one of their workers was injured and the estimator that was supposed to come out to my house was picking up the injured workers jobs for the day. There was lack of communication with their business and I would not trust them with thousands of dollars if they cannot stay communicated within their own business or their potential customers.
