Our first meeting Scott was very knowledgeable about our area and talked about the best approach to be successful with the sale of our home. Jan 2025 !! It’s not the same anymore !

Horrible, pathetic and no empathy shown. I lost peace of mind reaching out to Scott & Kyle. They don’t even respond to your call text, calls and mails. I have been trying to reach them from last 2 months to get my own house keys so I could get away from this group. Still I don’t have clue what I need to do next.

Their new slogan don’t care seem attitude.

Initially I was skeptical how would HRG work with such a low monthly fee structure but after working with Scott I really need to say undoubtedly it is one of best and top property management group in Utah. Scott has been wonderful with us, professional and smooth with transitions during lease breakages as such. I referred couple of friends and they are happy as well.

Very disappointed with how this company "manages" their properties. After transferring to HRG from another property management company (that placed our tenants) yes their management fee is on the lower end but you definitely get what you pay for. Average policy for tenants renewing would be 30-60 days prior to their lease expiring so you are aware that they are moving out and reduces tenant turn over time. I reached out to Scott about 3 weeks prior to our tenants lease expiring to review if the tenants would be renewing or not and he told me that he was discussing it with them. I told him not to raise the rent as they are good tenants and possibly are already over paying as it was. I didn't hear from him, another week went by and I reached out again, no response. Another week went by, reached out again, no response. I found out that our tenants had been moved out for two weeks by driving by the property to see a lock box on our front door. I immediately called and texted Scott multiple times with no answer. Went to their office during "business hours" (11am) the doors were locked and no one was there. I finally got a response saying they were going to have cleaners go by that week and I told him that I no longer wanted to use them as a property management company. I am absolutely appalled that a property management company did not even have the decency to communicate to us (the owners) that the tenants not only didn't renew but that they had MOVED OUT OF THE PROPERTY. Now we are stuck paying a mortgage until we can get the house back into shape for new tenants. Scott has THE worst communication and I do not recommend this company to manage your property.
