I've lived in my apartment for 23 years under Howard Management Group's management and they have always been great, so I feel very fortunate! I 'm also always amazed at how quickly they respond to maintenance requests. Even if they fall on a weekend -- like this past weekend. I had a plumbing issue arise on Saturday, called Maintenance around 3:00 p.m., and had an excellent vendor out at my place and finished by 6:00! Navy has been particularly helpful, especially in resolving an issue I was having recently!
Plus, any time communicated with anyone at Howard Management, they have always been very considerate and kind, which is an added benefit!

No Property Management Company is Perfect across the board, however My own personal experience with HMG for property management and tenant rentals has been attentive in every way. The office does get busy at times so patience is needed when calling. HMG follows a standard process and keeps an open door policy for tenants and vendors which helps when doing work repairs for the units or property. I highly suggest and recommend HMG for property owners and tenants looking for a balanced style of living and management oversight. It’s been a great pleasure working alongside HMG -Navy for the repairs of the units or properties. His professional approach has made my job easier and enjoyable.

Howard Management has been very responsive and responsible toward our needs in the apartment. It's not hyperbole to say that I always know that when I call them, the particular issue (say, like plumbing) will be resolved within the day. I have also called Howard on behalf of other tenants in our building - for example, older tenants or those with a language barrier - and they (Howard) have been nothing but gracious and quick to respond. I’ve lived at other apartments with different management companies and always have issues but Howard is very responsive and attentive to there tenants.
