We were so nervous about contacting an interior design company, let alone a famous one like House of Jade. From the first moment, we were treated with such friendliness and compassion and support for reaching out during a complex kitchen remodel. We wound up doing an E Design service with them and were thrilled with the responsiveness, curiosity, and deep attention to detail to our plans and questions. We provided lots of information up front and the designer (Natalie) clearly did her homework, had reviewed all our information, seriously considered options, identified some products to consider, and outlined two excellent options we could pursue. It made our time together so efficient and concrete. And the follow up email to insure we had what we needed and to suggest a couple additional products (with links) was such a cherry on top. We will certainly call them first next time we have a design question.

I worked with House of Jade to re-do my Living Room that needed a complete refresh. I worked closely with Duvae and she was AMAZING!! I was so impressed with how she was able to quickly understand my esthetic and take that to make the space more than I could have ever imagined. I was so happy with what she did that I decided to have her design the attached Dining Room space for me as well. I would 10/10 recommend her and House of Jade for your online design needs.

This is not an honest company. I placed an order online. The website shows in stock. I never received order confirmation email. There was an email with order number without any item description detail. I called to check status no one answered. I also emailed. They replied after 2 days saying the website was not updated and back order 4 months. I did not know they fully charged my credit card. I emailed to cancel and asked for refund. They replied saying cancellation is pending, and they don't want to process refund. I truly advise stay away from this company for any design project you need.

We used House of Jade Interiors E-Design for several rooms in our new home. We needed some help with space planning and furniture selection as we were starting from scratch in a new build. Natalie was the Designer assigned to our project and we had a fantastic experience with her. We had a very thorough meeting going through all of our preferences, personal style, and everything we were hoping to achieve with our spaces. After that we sent our top "inspiration pictures" for each space and then she went to work hand-selecting items and finishes for our home. We felt it was really helpful with spacial layout, color coordination, textural layering, and many other things. I found it really helpful that she was able to tie the rooms together with a great flow. I would 100% recommend this service. We are soooo happy with the way our home turned out and we always get lots of positive feedback from friends and family when they visit.

I really was excited to work with House of Jade Interiors because I love their portfolio. I had used other e-design services in the past but thought I would get a better design and service since it was 5 times the cost of other e-design services. For the cost of $1250, I was allowed 15 items for them to choose for the room. After that, I was able to get two revisions on a couple main pieces and then I would be charged an hourly rate if I needed more help. I became skeptical once they told me they didn’t source the fabrics(I gave them all info) that was on the existing sofa. How would they be able to coordinate a rug with a sofa without sourcing the fabric? I thought for quadruple the cost of other e-design services they would at least do this to make sure things coordinated. Of course once I received the $2500 rug from them it didn’t look right with the sofa. Now I will have to pay shipping and restock fee for the rug. I’m very disappointed with this service as I feel I could have received the same design opinion from Modsy or Havenly for a fifth of the cost. These other design services also give you continuous revisions. I do love House Of Jade’s portfolio and wish I got the same look from them as I would have gladly paid the $1250. But ultimately I was very disappointed in their e-design service.

I worked with House of Jade on a large, older home renovation remotely and could not have had a better experience with them all around. Jessica was my designer and she was amazing. I worked with her from the start and she was one of the main reasons I kept my sanity intact throughout the project! So professional, polite, helpful, worked super quick, great style and taste, listened to my needs and feedback, just overall a great experience.

House of Jade was amazing to work with. We went to them without a clue of how to design the exterior of our home and they walked us through the process of materials colors and lighting selections. We very much recommend their design work.
