Adam Compton is everything you want in a real estate agent and more. He is patient, dedicated, fun and thorough. I changed my mind on location and type of property multiple times, I only ever felt supported. When I finally found my new home we had to deal with a handful of obstacles to get to closing. Adam stayed up late to get paperwork changes in order, crawled around under the house, stayed calm when the timeline changed, dealt with all the difficulties and made it stress less for me. I never felt like I didn’t know what was going on or what the next step was.

I’m so happy with my new home and thankful to go through this experience with Adam.

Leigh Anne and her team did an outstanding job helping me buy my first home in Salt Lake City. On a personal level, she is detailed, meticulous, and direct - you know she is telling it to you straight, wants you to understand completely, and truly wants the best for her clients. Even in the current "buyers market", it is incredibly competitive and difficult to navigate. Leigh Anne made the showing process very efficient by collecting my needs/wants and helping guide me to houses that fit within or near that criteria, and respecting my limits. When it came time to make an offer, her extensive experience allowed her to advise on exactly when and how we should negotiate, and all of the possible factors to consider. After inspection, she could pull from her experience with remodeling homes to advise honestly on expenses and the associated burdens involved. She was very helpful in determining appropriate concessions and working well with the seller agent to make this process a breeze for me! After our due diligence, her and her team were on the ball at communicating with my mortgage broker and helping me with all of my random questions along the way.

I was in the market for my first house and had no idea what I was doing or what to expect. I was connected with Adam through a reference and he immediately put my apprehension at ease. Throughout the process Adam was professional and considerate. He never over stepped but knew when to step in and offer advice from his experience that I may have overlooked. Adam was (and continues to be) always available at any time to answer any questions that I have. He is always willing to take the time to walk me through any of the processes and always with incredible patience as I’m sure I was asking some newbie questions throughout. He was there from start to close and beyond, helping me stay organized with lenders, title companies, inspectors, utilities and more.

Throughout the entire process, I felt like Adam truly cared about me and ensured that I was in the best place possible to make my first home purchase. I am forever grateful to Adam for all that he has done for me and I will plan to contract with him for any of my future real estate dealings.

First day moving in, found out she sold me a house with a leaky water main they did not disclose that I found out from the city the first day moving in, very expensive fix, very disappointing

Now she won’t give me the previous owner’s phone number to let him know I’m taking him to small claims court. It’s gonna be about $10,000 bill. Why should these be disclosed? To avoid situations like this, because people had been so deceitful in the past. Micheal Furry who left you a five star review is the owner I know that. Could you please give me his phone number before I report you to the department of real estate. You are refusing to give his number to my real estate agent looks like more deceit if you have nothing to hide then why make such a hassle. This is a very deceptive agency. I highly recommend you not use them.

It’s fitting I’m writing this on thanksgiving because my fiancé and I couldn’t be more grateful for Adam Compton. As first time home buyers, we were definitely in over our head with most things. Having a well prepared agent with the patience of a saint made this process so much easier. Thanks for everything you did Adam, and still continue to do. Homeworks, thanks for the cutting board, blanket (still used daily) and the agent that changed our lives.
