Jordan was fantastic and did a great job too. My clients were very pleased with the results of the photography, the 3D matterport, the 2D floor plan and Jordan's pleasant personality. Emily was so delightful and knowledgeable. As we went through the property, she asked repeatedly whether certain shots were important to me. She walked through the home to make sure that everything looked professional which I totally appreciated and above all her photography was excellent. I wanted specific drone shots. The photographer never showed for the appointment. After I called to complain they sent out another photographer. You don’t credit your clients for your photographer not showing up but you will charge your clients a cancelation fee.
Could not be more dissatisfied with your service.

Super disappointed! I thought I would try them on a basic condo, which I had previously sold. I opted for the basic 28 package as it was a small space. Out of the photos they sent, 7 were of the exterior building and stairwell, including 2 shots of postboxes. Their shots were blown out, so lacking in detail and color. In addition most of the photos were either cutting off objects (bathroom where toiet tank shows, vs a vanity with a toilet) or had objects intruding from the outside of the shot. Nothing that showed the great open plan. I am including old photos with new. Having tried to contact them from the time of receipt on a Friday afternoon, they finally returned my call late Monday morning only to argue and tell me the spaces were tight. Do not use.
