This rental company live up to all its responsibilities in a very timely manner. If repairs were needed, I never had to wait longer than a day.
I cant say enough about my manager, Betty Tannery. She was always available to answer questions regarding my apartment rental. I’m new to leases and when I needed an answer all I had to do was all, email or message her. She got back quickly with an understandable answer and then show me the area in my lease that related to my question.

This company is very easy to work with. The tenant portal is key for a tenant for so many things.

We have had our rental properties managed by HomeRiver Group for years. We've been through several property managers. Shanna Jorgensen recently took over our properties has been the most helpful manager of all. She has physically visited the properties, met each tenant, and has provided feedback on each rental. She was very honest with us and let us know our properties have been rented WELL BELOW market value FOR YEARS. Also, to our surprise, non of our rentals had active leases. The leases had long expired and the tenants were all on month to month agreements. If all of Shanna's files have been neglected like ours were, she has a big mess on her hands to fix. She is very motivated and energetic and desires to make both the landlord and tenant happy. She also has great communication skills. We were considering leaving HomeRiver Group and finding another management company...............until Shanna came along. We are very happy with her and her services.

My property manager, Shanna is amazing!! Our brand new A/C unit started making funny noises on Saturday, early morning. My wife called her and she was on the phone with the homeowner within 10 minutes, getting it worked out. She called the homeowner's warranty company and got a technician out to our house within a few hours. Shanna prioritizes her renters and we are very thankful for her. The whole office is amazing. We have nothing by great things to say about HomeRiver Lake Havasu. We won't rent from anyone else.
