Cannot say enough good things about Mario, his crew, and Homeland as a whole.
The quality of work, attention to detail, and level of professionalism was second to none.
So much so that after seeing it firsthand, 3 other neighbors decided to do projects with homeland.
Mario was very accommodating and even thru changes mid-project he was always focused on our happiness with the finished product. He told me “I don’t care if I have to come back 100 times to go over the plan, I just want to make sure it’s what you want in the end.” Which sounds great in theory, but I tested that more than a few times, and he actually meant it. It’s nice to find someone who gives you that personal touch and makes you feel like it’s about you, and not just another job.
Couldn’t be happier with the results and the whole experience as a whole.

We had a major drainage issue in our backyard that we needed to tend to. We also wanted to design a patio. After talking to Mario and his team, I just knew that I wanted to work with them. They were knowledgeable and provided feedback right away. They designed the patio with the drainage solution in mind and really captured our vision well. They provided a detailed estimate and completely managed my expectations. When the crew arrived to actually do the job, they were timely and efficient. We were really happy that we found Mario and his team. We highly recommend them for drainage and patio work and will definitely work with them again in the future.

First let me say that our initial encounter with Homeland Contractors was by telephone with their Office Manager Erika, whose welcoming and informative conversation with us was quite professional, caring, refreshing and very impressive.
Our initial meeting was with the Manager, Mario, who performed and developed a quite thorough and extremely detailed survey and very competitive cost estimate of our front and side grassy lawn and shrubbery area which had for years been woefully neglected.
The work team headed by our Foreman, Ivan, was simply extraordinary and their hard daily work effort was commented on by some neighbors who were very impressed with their care and accomplishments of clearing the entire area and installing topsoil and sod over the entire area.
I would highly recommend their workmanship, cleanliness, and impressive professional experience to do any lawn or landscaping project!

Homeland Contractors did an excellent job by installing a stone walkway, extensive landscaping and lawn restoration at our home. Their crews were professional, courteous and extremely hard working. I highly recommend them, and I believe their pricing was very reasonable.
