Corporate is extremely unprofessional, cold and rude. I called and communicated that I have not been able to use my master bedroom or bathroom since I moved in three years ago. I essentially pay for 3 bed two bath with the ability to use 2bed one bath. The bathroom has internal wall leaks that resulted in water coming up through the floor, mold and mildew running down the walls , tub, and faucet, mold that has caused me to now have extremely bad allergies and consistent rsv flare ups. They knocked the wall out for nearly two years ago and have yet to fix it, the mold or the leak. Because of the leak mice have entered through the wall and are in my house and attic. I am terrified to live there and have been staying with a relative. Upon telling corporate, I reached a rude woman who talked over me, communicated no empathy and told me that a wall missing and mold is not.priority. she was extremely combative saying that I need to pay rent or be evicted. Please do not rent from this company. Imy residence is community village in Montgomery Alabama.

The property manager at Jackson Apartments need more training. She is definitely not a peoples person and maybe managing is not for her.
