I've now purchased 5 properties with Holly's help.
With each purhase, Holly's proven to be exceptionally capable and I've learned a lot from her. .
She is well versed in every aspect of a transaction. She is very adept at finding properties that meet my needs and upon finding one that I want, extremely good at combing through the disclosures surrounding the property and pointing out any factor which might have a future impact on my ownership of it.
This caused me to reject several properties that I thought I wanted.
In other words, instead of settling for a quick purchase, Holly made sure that I was getting a property that made sense for me.
To accomplish this, Holly tirelessly toured many properties with me. After each tour, we'd discussed the pros and cons of each place. Then, once we found a property that I wanted, Holly excelled at the negotiation process.
She has a great feel for the seller's mindset and how the market is trending.
As a result, I recently was able to buy two very nice properties for below asking price.
It is very apparent that Holly really enjoys her work, which is, of course why she's so good at it.
After my last purchase, which involved multiple tours throughout Marin, then lots of back and forth with the seller's realtor before my offer was accepted, she smiled at me and said "that was really fun!"

Before we began seeing homes:
Every moment with her was time well spent. When we first started working with her she spent more than an hour teaching us about the purchase process in CA so we started the process knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to what we were looking for. I have never worked with anyone more responsive. We texted and chatted nearly daily. She made us feel like we were her only priority and we know she is a sought after agent… I don’t know how she does it!

While we were looking:
Holly always brought us to homes that checked all our boxes. Her knowledge of the area and the market allowed us to see a lot of houses before they hit the market. When one of the homes we loved had a slope she had a structural engineer there the next day to make sure it wasn’t something huge to address. She helped us find our dream home in record time but still made sure we saw enough homes to feel like we knew what was out there and were making the best decision.

During negotiation:
She worked her magic to help us understand if there were other offers and walked us through the offer process… which was accepted! Her recommendation for a mortgage broker was also perfect, we were able to lock in our rate hours before the fed raised it!

After closing:
Holly’s help didn’t end when we owned the house. She shared names of service providers that she recommended and all have been great.

In conclusion, you truly cannot go wrong with Holly, she is a lovely person and just a fantastic real estate agent!
