Shane Holehouse, his right hand man Chris, and all his subs did an amazing job on our ADU (double garage conversion). We couldn't be happier with our end product. Even though this is a relatively small space, it involved a full bathroom and bar so there were multiple aspects to the project. Holehouse did an exceptional job staying on top of things during Covid when things were unpredictable with supply delays and labor shortages. Communication was clear, problems were resolved and we could always get in touch with them when we needed to. The best thing about Holehouse is their integrity and dedication to excellence and I felt like they treated our project like it was their own. Thank you Holehouse, for helping us add an exceptional living space that has made a phenomenal difference to our family!

Scammed us of a lot of money. Charged expensive fee. His superintendent is a former bar tender who could not find work and they never take responsibility of their work. Poor quality and too many excuses.
