I reached out to Hogan Land Services to help me review plans for a house in Santa Cruz. Geoff got back to me right away and was able to talk me through all of the county's records and each of the notes that needed to be addressed.

He was patient and incredibly informative. It's clear that Geoff works closely with Santa Cruz County and actually knew most of the reviewers on the documentation.

I couldn't imagine a better experience or a more helpful engineer talking me through all of the paperwork.
