Hugo is great to work with and has a crew of highly skilled workers. His quality and timeliness is outstanding. Our bakery contracted with Hugo to do a renovation after a small fire and he got us back on time and within budget. His knowledge of SF's inspection process is incredible. The work was inspected at every step at a timely manner and with little idle time. I will not hesitate to work with Hugo in the future.

Our property development and residential rental management company responsible for buildings from Belmont to SF, was introduced to HL81 Construction, Inc., a few years ago and tried them out on a small repair project - it went very well.
Since then, we have used HL81 Construction, Inc., on many projects, large and small, from repainting and appliance replacement on apartment turnover, to a current very large project of removing and replacing the exterior siding, waterproofing, deck re-coating, and window replacement on a three story building (while retaining the residents).
Hugo and his crew are excellent, and well understand: communication, work performance, timeliness, budgeting, and value.
