I’d never moved 600 miles before, and as a picky person who hates home shopping, I was dreading it. Hive Real Estate, and James Crandall, turned it into a smooth process. James handled every curveball I threw at him, proving he’s a pro. Hive should be your next realtor!

Here’s the full story: Moving to Utah after a vacation sparked the idea, but I was clueless about what to do. A friend suggested Hive, so I spoke with James. He learned my preferences with smart questions and sent me tailored listings. On my first trip, he showed me countless homes in Utah County. The big problem was that my old home wasn’t even under contract to be sold. After a rejected offer, I went back defeated. James didn’t quit and kept house hunting for me.

Then, seemingly out of nowhere, my home sold. I now had little time to find a new one in Utah. James stepped up and was ready when I arrived. We found two great houses in two days, weighed the pros and cons of each, and James sent an offer for my choice. Five minutes into my drive home the next day, he called to say the offer was accepted. My stress peaked, but James coordinated with my realtor at my soon-to-be-former home, leaving me to focus on moving.

When I arrived at my new home, James was waiting with keys in hand. We did a walkthrough and spotted a contractual issue. Exhausted, I was ready to assume the expense, but James was already on the phone with the seller’s realtor. The issue was resolved that same day. I’m glad James stepped up and didn’t let me pay for something negotiated in the contract. Since moving here, James has checked in several times to see how I’m doing and how I like my home. I love it here and hope I’m done moving. But if I ever decide to move again, Hive’s my pick.
