This place is amazing wrt to living. It has all the shops needed inside the society. This place is 45 mins away from Lonavla and Khandala and 2 hrs to Pune. It takes 2 hours by road to reach city center. Panvel railway station is the closest which is 30 mins away from the property. You need to take an auto from Panvel station to reach here.

Construction Quality: Good (Could be great if Project Managers do their job well and fix all issues before delivery)

Water and Electricity: all managed in-house therefore Rare to No power outages at all. (Last 6 months, only 2 power outages due to maintenance work which was communicated in advance)

Overall: Peaceful place away from City, Housekeeping staff does good job Maintaining.
