Today 4.2.19 was ridiculously foolish. I seen it had 5 star review so I called and spoke with some elderly lady who is not at all polite. I asked her if they did update bathrooms and kitchen she said " yes we do that and stuff like that" I asked about roofing she said we stopped doing roofs years ago, we do stuff like that. I asked what is "stuff like that inply" I am asking regarding remodeling a duplex she said I don't want to argue with you we only do new construction and stuff like that. When I asked about flooring and drywall she said only new construction and stuff like that. I asked again what "stuff like that meant" and she again stated she wasn't going to argue that she had already explained to me what I was referring to and hung up. In my opinion the lady had bad customer service and yet boasted about them having a reputable reputation, maybe so but she sure wasn't making it seem so. One star for bad customer service on the phone and the last review was 4 years ago so maybe lots has happened since. Sorry not sorry
