These guys did the original land survey of the plot of our home we just bought. We needed to put in a fence and they didn't set any property stakes when they first surveyed the lot. So when we asked them to come reset the property lines, we expected them to be somewhat competitive in their pricing (since all the other land surveyors we talked to said Hill & Argyle should already have all the measurements in their system, so they should charge us a lot less since they did the original work). Sadly their quote came back about 80% higher than pretty much any other quote we got. I tired following up with them on working through some options - but they never responded to my emails or phone calls.

I eventually found a different surveying company that was very nice to work with and was reasonable with their pricing.

I never did work with them - I'd hope their work would be immaculate for the price, but based on the fact that they didn't stake my property in the first place, the lack of customer service in my communications with then and the price point they were asking to have them do the job right, they became a non-feasible option.

UPDATE: As you can see in their response to my post, they really don't care about customer service. No effort to provide clarity, no effort to try and fix the problem or get additional information about the issue. Just a "I don't know who this guy is, therefore you should disregard this review" type attitude.
