Beautiful homes that are really very well priced. The builder doesn't skimp on the extras either. These homes are GreenLean certified, which means they are super energy efficient and even come with a tankless water heater - standard! The builder, UpDwell, has been in the business for decades and really puts together a finished product that is near flawless!

If you are looking for a family community, close to Salt Lake, without the Salt Lake prices, go check them out, you will absolutely love the homes!
