Our experience was excellent. Our Project Manager, Michael Leggett, was extraordinary. His persistence, professionalism, and attention to detail are the reasons we have a beautiful new roof today. He is knowlegeable and tenacious-- and one of the most congenial young men you'll ever meet. Many people would have moved on to easier jobs -- as our Natiojwide Adjuster threw every hurdle in the books our way. But Michael would not give up -- as he was confident in the legitimacy of our claim.The crew putting on our roof was excellent. Efficient, hard-working, courteous -- and very neat. Great clean-up. A minor adjustment on one spot was done promptly and without the slightest reluctance. We could not have had a better experience and highly recommend Highmark Construction.

I was referred to High Mark as my parents were happy with work they had done. From the time I reached out, Jonathan made sure everything was clear, concise and best of all, effortless on my part. He checked in frequently and worked with my insurance to get my roof covered from recent hail damage. Jonathan has superior customer service too! When we needed a new roof due to storm damage a friend of mine referred me to High Mark after having a great experience with them. Their sales guy Steve met with us the day after we called and walked us through the whole process. Steve did a detailed inspection of our roof, identified the damage then helped us through the process of filing an insurance claim. He met with our adjuster and fought hard to get a full replacement which we ended up getting. Steve gave us a detailed timeline that was spot on, helped us pick out the shingles and then stayed involved until the job was done. He oversaw the material delivery, stopped by mid-day during the install to check on progress and then came by the following morning to inspect the completed job. He even walked around the yard and garden collecting any nails that his team missed. The team that did the install was just as good as Steve! I have already recommended High Mark to several neighbors and friends and can’t thank them enough for the great job they did. Ask for Steve when you call the office. He will take care of you every step of the way.

My name is Mark. When we drive up to our home and take a look at our new roof and gutters we are most satisfied! What a difference! The roof looks awesome and the new gutters a (High Mark Construction referral) gives the home a new look. We were impressed with Patrick Bish in his customer focused low key no pressure sales approach. I was equally impressed as he worked diligently with our insurance company managing all the details. Patrick and his team delivered on his promises with integrity and timely communication throughout the process. The quality of work exceeded our expectations. The team completed a large roof install in1day, the team exhibited strong work ethic and did a great job cleaning up...also returning to make sure everything was OK. Patrick also recommended Elite Power Washing delivering an excellent job power washing our home. With a 20+ year roof and gutter issues that needed specific repair & replacement we had many companies to choose from...we made the right decision to trust High Mark Construction. When we experienced roof damage during high winds, I contacted Pat at High Mark. Literally the next day, Pat came out to inspect my roof. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with High Mark Construction replacing my roof following storm damage. From the initial consultation over a year ago to the continuous follow-ups with two different homeowners insurance carriers, Patrick was honest, transparent, and left no stone unturned at every step of the process. When the time finally came to schedule my roof replacement, he walked me through exactly what to expect leading up to and on the day-of replacement. He even filed all of the necessary paperwork with my community’s HOA to ensure the color of the shingles met guidelines without me even asking. On the day of replacement, Patrick’s crew arrived promptly, and was polite and efficient–finishing the entire job before lunchtime. While dealing with storm damage and your homeowners insurance carrier isn’t my idea of a fun activity, if you choose to use Patrick and High Mark Construction you’ve got nothing to worry about. I would wholeheartedly recommend he and his team to anyone looking to have their roof replaced, among the other services they offer, without any hesitation.
