Not only are their homes beautiful, but I also love the fact that High Cotton Homes puts in the effort to stay up to date with the latest advances in building sciences in order to provide it's clients with the most efficient product presently available. W King the quote president of this company is a horrible person who thinks the whole world revolves around him. He treats people in his everyday life like servants and they should bend to his will.
I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND. He needs to grow up and represent the his company correctly. Attitude adjust needed.

If you are looking to build a quality home, look no further than Will and his team at High Cotton Homes. I provide services for many of the homes he builds, and I don’t see why there is any review under 5 stars on here. I’ve seen first hand on so many homes, the detail, quality and passion they pour into each home. Some people are completely oblivious to this industry and it can be difficult to explain that in a build, changes = cost fluctuations, plain and simple. Will and his team will build a great house with respect to your budget. Can’t have the Ferrari for the cost of the civic. I have a large family and will be calling him for my future forever home. So should you!

Poor quality builder!
Please investigate High Cotton Homes and look into the past builds of the homes they have done! They lie and take your money Such a con! Now they are trying to promote their company like they know or have experience in what it takes to build a home! Such a JOKE!!! Thanks to them they ruined our dream home!
They need to continue their homework but it’s going to take more than little pics and videos they advertise to make them a quality builder!
Just trying to save people the heartache and trouble that we had to go thru!

To add also..pretty pathetic how High Cotton is making fake profiles to get a better star rating! That’s says a lot for itself! Please BEWARE of them all the way around

New in town and called multiple builders in the area only to settle on High Cotton. Not only are they good folks, but with their software it is a super transparent process. You know exactly what’s going on with your project and exactly where your money is going. Don’t settle for a builder that gives you a flat rate—ask questions. With high cotton, you don’t have to ask questions—the information is right there for you to see. Very pleased with our end result.
