Lots of housing being built. It is sort of crazy to drive around
Some roads are next.to impassable due to construction traffic. The views are great. Some homes are to die for while others are way to congested for my taste.

As it stands, Hideout stinks. A bunch of overpriced condos and homes with….Zero amenities. Not excited for the Swaths of Vacation homes destined to clog the hills. But hey…… God Bless America. Hope the reservoir stays filled…..

Beautiful views to Deer Valley, Park City, Timpamagos Mountains, Unitas Moutains and the Jordanelle reservoir. Town needs more trails and traffic lights to cross the 248. Also some commercial area is needed. Hope to live there some day.

I love the views in this area. I am working in the area, so I get to visit Hideout every week or so. I've been there in all seasons, and the views are breath-taking. I hope to retire to Hideout after my kids have left the nest.

The area has miles and miles of trail for public use through the state park and along the shores of the Jordanelle. A trail head, restrooms and parking area are located at the north point of the lake.
The Outlaw golf course at Hideout Canyon is not private and is open for public use by golfers, but not for other uses such as hiking around on the golf course.
The views are spectacular!!

The street maintenance is pretty lacking. The homes are pretty much thrown up to meet demands of people wanting to move in. Very nice views of jordanelle though, if you get the right townhouse. In my opinion we need to stop developing every foot of land we can. Twin townhomes on top and then 4plexs below are going to be a real strain on the surrounding environment.
