I am Jeff Larson with J D Larson Co., Inc. a small general contractor with many years experience in seismic upgrade. Heinere was referred to me by a concrete subcontractor. Heinere was willing to make a place for me on his busy schedule which impressed me a lot. We met on site and he listened carefully to the special conditions and concerns and to my suggestions.
