I have been working with Tina for nearly a year to find a home. I met her through my job she helped my co worker into a home and he was very happy. I ended up buying land to build a home on. Tina has been with me every step of the way and very patient with me throughout this process and my budget as a single parent. When I needed a break from searching she said absolutely. When I asked questions she always had an answer. And when I decided to go an alternative route and purchase land she guided me through the entire process. I couldn’t imagine going through this process with anyone else. Thank you Tina!

Heather Lemmons is about the best realtor we have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is honest, straightforward and 100% committed to her client. Heather was very good about giving us the information we needed and giving her thoughts, but not trying to push is into any certain decision. She really let us have the time to decide what was right for us. Heather was also very good about advocating for us throughout the buying process. It also helped that she has a great personality and is awesome to be around.

Avoid renting from this company if at all possible. Do not enforce rules that they put in their leases. Allow bad tenants to continue bad behavior. Poor maintenance and upkeep. Extremely poor communication. Does not care about tenants or property owners. Rental properties are in BAD condition and requests for repairs are met with anger and denial... read the other reviews. They need a new Property Manager, one that actually cares! Someone should turn Heather M. into code enforcemtent because she does not care of the heat and hot water go out, does not care if tenants almost burn the building down, and screams at tenants who want something repaired. Rudest woman on earth!

I see that I am not alone when it comes to this company and the poor quality of customer service they apply to their residents. As my husband and our family were transitioning out the military from California back home we were looking for a short term home quickly. We settled on this place solely on pictures provided due to being out of state. When we got to Alaska and moved in, there was SEVERAL malfunctions in the property such as a window that was broke and not securely latching (a definite safety hazard). When I brought up the issues with HEATHER she was very rude and took substantial time addressing the issues. Also, this place was spot painted but they lied and said the whole place was painted (have pictures to prove that was a lie as you can see the spot paint. Along with dirty spots all over the place ) as well the washer machine has mold in it. Our dishwasher flooded the first week and they replaced it with a washer machine that doesn’t fit so it wiggles in place. May I mention A LOT of things have worn down or stopped working since living here these past few months including a piece in our shower that didn’t allow the shower to turn on (only shower in this unit) We put a request in but as history has shown they take their sweet time addressing things— time that I do not have due to my boys in sports that need to shower. So my husband who previously was a plumber in the military also my mechanic dad looked at the shower, we figured out the problem so I proceeded to call Heather to let her know we was willing to fix and she was EXTREMELY rude to us stating we were not qualified and the fixes would not be reimbursed if we went ahead with fixing it. Then accused us of tearing the unit up causing all these appliances to break. I then got very upset because when we moved in I had addressed the poor quality of things and she blew me off stating the tenant before us who had lived here 10+yrs had racked up 10k of damages/fixes and those damages were apparent that they had not fixed those things before turned around and re renting out the unit. I will definitely be watching out when transitioning out of this place as I refuse to pay any damages or wear and tear to a place who did not give us the respect and decency upon living here. Way to go Heather on treating your previous military served/medical workers very poorly. I advise people to not rent with this company. Very money hungry with no care for their tenants

I initially posted a one star review. But deleted as I realize Herrington did not drop the ball on this one. Chugach did. Although I feel e-mails and clear communication would have been appreciated and would have gone a long way. Herrington still is pleasant enough to work with for now.

This group is placing signs in yards of properties not actually for sale. They are bait and switching. When you call about listing they claim it's under contract although there was never an MLS. This is not only unethical, it is illegal. Attorney General's office has been notified.
