Building a home with Henry Walker was seriously the most enjoyable experience. Everyone on the team is there to help you every step of the way. When we were concerned about pricing they helped us find shortcuts and easy ways to save money. There was constant communication, the design studio is lovely and so fun, and each interaction was pleasant. We were so lucky with practically 0 delays and I couldn’t believe from start to finish how quickly (with quality) they moved. We are in love with our home and the team. We love seeing the team around the neighborhood and say hi whenever we can! We would recommend them to anyone. ‘Henry has it’ couldn’t be a truer statement.

I have met some rude companies and you have just proven to me to be one of them. I understand you build homes and need power. but when you build next to an existing home and you need to plant a power box you could have the common courtesy to let the home owner know it was going in their yard. That if you needed to plant in the yard you would have at least talked to the home owner first. You just come in and start digging saying its your right and that there is no choice in the matter. could have at least planted the power box on the new construction sight. Yes not impressed with you and will never recommend Henry walker. yes the big green power box is in their yard. Yes there are easements. Yes its OK to have some common courtesy. but hey guess that is to much to ask.

Our experience with Henry Walker was professional from start to finish. They built us such a beautiful home. It was finished quicker than promised, and they helped us stick to our budget. The whole team was great to work with.

They use some of the best trades in the market so you can rest assure your home is built correct the first time and with quality products.

Let me start by saying- Troy Noble with Henry Walker Homes is Absolutely incredible !! He has made this construction process super easy and enjoyable. Troy is one of the best Realtors in the business!!! Henry Walker Homes in my opinion is one of the bet builders out there !! They offer beautiful floorplans, top notch service , and there homes are stunning !! I'm super happy with there entire team!! The design center is beautiful -( Shout out to Kristen best designer out there) If your looking to build then Henry Walker is the way to go!!! We have built new homes a few times over the years and this has, by far, been the most positive experience we've ever had with a homebuilder. The culture of the company seems to be centered around the idea that quality is more important than quantity. We are very pleased with both our experience and the home we purchased. Henry Walker was careful to promptly respond to all of our requests. We highly recommend Henry Walker.

Did you know that Henry walker makes all their buyers sign a contract that says if they post a negative review or even a statement saying anything negative in any way about Henry Walker they will be fined $2,500. I'm sure they are also paying for positive reviews. SO don't believe the reviews on here. RUN as fast as you can the other way.

Henry Walker is canceling contracts on families because they can make more money selling them as spec homes. I guess they are trying to get more while the getting is good but when times are bad, do NOT trust these people. We have already sold our home, living in our sisters house and waiting for our home to be finished. Because Logan from Henry Walker wants more money he just canceled the contract.

We built a house at Grayson Ridge. We had an amazing experience with Troy and Kristen. They are very nice and friendly. My only complaint with henry walker would be we got the run around about a closing date. I do understand that their date was an estimated date. If you are looking at building a house call Troy Noble about their options you will be very happy with the quality of the house.
