I want to thank all the people from H & M that were down in my beautiful city of Tampa to help us get through back-to-back hurricanes. The crew that was responsible for getting power back to my neighborhood were incredible. They were brutally honest in terms of giving me a timeline as I ended up being without power for seven days due to Milton. It was certainly a process as the main infrastructure had to be ready and then lines cleared from debris and lines connected before they could get the juice to the houses. I spoke with them many time as they were up and down our streets doing repairs. I was flooded during Helene andvmy house was a disaster even before Milton came and left me without power.
All in all, it certainly could’ve been worse. And I certainly want to thank all the guys at H&M for their hard work to get us restored.
Thank you very very much for your hard work. This man appreciates it very much.

They have been working on Van Voorhis road since I moved there in July. Using our private HOA maintained road as their own parking lot. This hinders the big vehicles like FedEx and our garbage truck to get up in our division. Went down there yesterday to talk to them about it. The conversation got heated, words were said, and one of their employees got out of the bucket on the back of the bucket truck and came onto our private HOA road and assaulted me. Threw me to the ground and I hit my head. Yes, cops were called.

Perhaps, in history class, you learned about, “Sherman’s March”. These gentlemen littered my street and lawn with water bottles, food wrappers, electrical tape, hydraulic oil, etc. Recently, I discovered an outrigger pad that they abandoned in my bushes. Just when I had, almost, forgotten about the nightmare. I uncovered a dangerous piece of metal that they had discarded on my lawn.

They've been doing work near my building, blocking the entrance to our parking lot, leaving trash around, and generally making life unpleasant. Making matters worse, in the past month or so, they've somehow managed to knock power out to 180+ units in my development 5 times already! They just did it again today and I am getting REAL tired of their incompetence. I don't want to see another one of their trucks ANYWHERE near my building again...and if you see them near yours, get ready for a power-outage.

Put a new telephone pole in front of my house. The finished work is bad. They left cables sticking out multiple feet from the pole. Work looks like children did it

Unprofessional! They are doing demo on the grounds next to my school and are completely blocking the door. Families and children cant come in or out of the building and when I mention it to the man driving the rig as he smoke a cigarette in front of the school he claims he left me enough room. He then told me to take it up with Peco and that I should have closed for the day. There's no Peco truck in sight, Just their company truck.I didn't know they were coming because the construction is not on the building I'm in. Very rude and never once offered an alternative.

One of your trucks just tried to turn around in our driveway hitting our mailbox didn’t even say anything and drove off as I came out the door. Very unprofessional and a federal offense by the way.

Extremely unprofessional and zero regard for safety or others on the road. I drive past this company every morning by Prison road here in reading. Every morning they have a personal vehicle on the opposite side of the road blocking traffic from driving by. no hazard lights on. no flagger. they didnt even start working as they are just standing around chit chatting at 7AM. They even gave me a long stare down when I drove by cause they could see I was irritated. If you expect drivers on the road to have respect for your crews you may want to start addressing these issues. I can see from all the reviews in here that zero respect or concern for others is an issue with your crews. Based on your lack of responses i am assuming you really dont care. Hopefully it doesnt take someone getting hurt due to their lack of situational awareness or concern for safety. Very horrible representation of your company
