My wife and I have used the HEIDER team for three transactions, each with unique challenges. The first was a relocation home purchase, and the team lined up 10+ home showings in one weekend. This allowed us to make one trip to DC, where Daniel and Justin gave us everything we needed to feel comfortable making a quick decision, and we were still the first offer on the table for the home we eventually moved into.

The second transaction was a home purchase in a now very competitive market and price point. Again, the team had us first in the lineup for showings for multiple viewings over the course of several months, and when we eventually found the perfect home the Heider team helped us make our move and get the home under contract before anyone else could make a bid.

Lastly, the team helped us sell the home they'd helped us relocate into years before. With interest rates now at 20 year highs, Melanie and the team got the home under contract for sale in less than a week - and we made money on it. The Heider team hosted an open house and had the home featured on several instagram influencer accounts within days; and the whole process took place while we were out of town! It made the whole experience very easy on us.

Frankly, 5 stars aren't enough for the Heider team!
