I am so glad to have had Mark as my Realtor. I had used this website to check out new listings. I had made Mark aware of a particular home that I had seen. While in Tennessee, he called to update me on the home I had been interested in. The listing had been improved and there was an increased amount of activity on the home that day. This was a 8:00 pm. He was able to write up my offer, send it to a Fed Ex Copy store so I could sign it and return it to him before 9:00 pm that same evening. The next day, he was able to negotiate with the seller and their agent and we were under contract the following day.

There were several issues between the seller's relocation company and our lender that Mark was able to solve. He worked so well with us and the seller's agent. It was a transaction that could have been quite difficult but Mark was professional and diligent in bringing the sale closing. I continue to use this website because it is clear and posts all the listings in Wasatch County and the Wasatch Front.

Genene helped me purchase my first home on my own at the age of 22 and not having a clue what I was doing! Genene did everything, let me know of everything I needed to do, who to contact and what the processes would be. She took care of stuff I didn't even know about like negotiating to keep all the appliances, getting things fixed and making sure things were fixed on the sellers end!
