I used these guys for a new construction project last year. They were so great to work with that I want to use them again if I ever build again. Michelle was great and they were very fast and thorough. I had some problems with with a different company that does the same thing as these guys do, so I really appreciate the service and plans I got from here. They also have an in-house engineer, so they can be more productive and timely. You cant go wrong with them and I would recommend them to my friends and family.

We worked with Chris at Hearthstone Design on a custom build design we came up with. I cannot say enough good things about him. We had so many things come up with building that needed to be changed due to the city, and he never made us feel like any of our changes were an issue. His response time was amazing, and he gave great feedback on how to improve things, which is exactly what I needed. I really don't know what I would have done if I did not have someone like Chris on our team to help. I would highly recommend him!

Please do your due diligence before contracting with Hearthstone; the level of professionalism here is seriously lacking.

I applied to a position with Hearthstone and received a voice mail from Christopher Crouch inviting me to interview for the role.

I was very excited because this seemed like a great opportunity.

I called Hearthstone back, was not able to reach Chris Crouch, but left a message with another employee.

Chris Crouch did not return my call in a timely fashion. I was still excited by the prospect of being hired, so I called Chris Crouch the next day and was able to reach him and set up an interview.

Chris Crouch did not offer a phone or internet interview despite the fact there was a virus outbreak happening. I was therefore required to arrive at Hearthstone's office in person and at my own expense.

When I did actually show up to Hearthstone's office for my appointed time, Chris Crouch did not appear to be prepared for the interview as he asked who I was despite the fact that we had an appointment.

It was a hasty interview, and I was made to feel uncomfortable.

Despite Chris Crouch's unprofessional demeanor, I was still interested in the position and sent a follow up email.

It has been weeks and Chris Crouch never sent any kind of follow up or acknowledgment regarding my application and interview with Hearthstone.

If this is how Chris Crouch treats job applicants I loathe to think how he might treat his staff and customers.

Please do your due diligence before contracting with Hearthstone as they lack the ability to professionally engage with clients.

We had plans drawn up from Hearthstone that were from one of their existing plans, but we made a couple of changes. Some of the things we asked for were put on the drawings, but the rest of the things we were told to just talk to our builder about them. Our drawings were not accurate! The drawings are what the contractors use to build from!!! Why would you not make the drawings accurate? I would not use them again because of the lack of detail and caring that went into our drawings! Great floor plan but not thorough at all!

I have bought one of their plans and I am going to build it on my property. Still working on some personal modifications. I am Hoping to start making more modifications soon.
