The architect failed to complete basic tasks and came unprepared for several meetings. When asked for a blueprint, they only took measurements after the request. Their initial design involved impractical straight lines, which weren’t useful for the project. Ultimately, when the deal fell through, no refund was given. I would not work with them again.

One of my future goals as a business owner has always been to bring my businesses into the same location without necessarily sharing the same office space. Admittedly, I didn't even know where to begin. When reaching out to Health Design Group, I was almost certain that their response to me would be to come back when I'm closer to this actualizing. What I got in return was a thoughtful layout of things I should prepare for and consider during the different stages of the process, along with different questions to consider as I'm moving forward with this plan. What I was afraid they'd see as a lofty dream goal, they treated as a project that is in the planning phase. I feel as though I have a professional by side to help me see this through in a way that ensures that it looks and operates in congruence with my vision.
