Jim Blair really went above & beyond for us as a realtor. We gave him a needle in a haystack scenario. We weren’t your standard buyers looking for the typical 300k home & he came through with the resources to get it done from financing connections to helping us negotiate better pricing. He never doubted our craziness, or made us feel like we were asking for too much.

He made it happen & did it all while we were 2 states away from the walk throughs, inspections & paperwork. Not to mention the home we settled on was nearly 45 minutes away from his office, so he had an extra commute!

His communication was excellent, which I really appreciate as an over worrier & planner!

Awful real estate to work with. We were renting out our house thru them, and we worked with Ron. The entire year of communication with our tenants was bringing a lot of misunderstandings. Likely decided we were able to talk to tenants and find out that on both sides, tenants and us, we were quick on answers. Unlike Ron, it could take him days or weeks or not at all, let us know what is going on. It is the second time we have worked with this office, both times, some issues. Now we can't get last month of payment and safety deposit back. trying to get any feedback back from Ron since September 27th

We've been renting with haymore for about half a year now. We've been dealing with a leaking roof, termites, mold, rotten through ceiling in one bathroom and a leaking toilet in the other since April (it's July now) also swamp cooler always trips the breaker. Constantly getting told that next week it will get fixed but next week never comes. Roof finally was fixed two weeks ago but everything else hasn't even been looked at. There's always a thousand excuses and apologies. We were told we can just move out. And if we could afford it we would gladly do that. I have two little kids who are breathing this mold and we have been paying full rent and always on time even though we haven't been able to use one of the bathrooms at all and the other one has a leaky toilet.
