Joe is a great agent and a very insightful friend that helped us all the way from the beginning to the settlement. We recently purchased a house through Joe. He made the whole process very smooth and straightforward. We had a hiccup with our loan process with our previous lender three weeks before the settlement date. Joe was amazing! He was so on top of things! When we had questions, he was extremely quick to respond. When we were not having as many showings as we expected, he gave us tips about what to do; such as - better pictures, open houses, price drop etc.

What an incredible service for landlords! I was struggling to find tenants for a property, and initially skeptical, but placing a listing via Joe was a game-changer.
