I highly recommend Havenwood Homes to anyone wanting high quality work done. We had our home remodeled last year and loved working with Zack, the owner. We had weekly meetings with him and the designer in our home to go over progress and any questions we had. I would say Havenwood Homes is very cutting edge in regards to style and the newest trends. Zack had suggestions that we never would have thought of on our own. We get so many compliments on our remodel! We are hoping to build in the future and plan on using Havenwood Homes again.

We hired Zack Olsen/Havenwood Homes to remodel our 1960-built home. We've lived in this home for 25 years and were ready for it to be refreshed. The project included going down to the studs in most areas of our home with new electrical, water lines, gas lines, new flooring, new cabinets, one new fireplace and multiple unique touches.

We are thrilled with the results. I often randomly shout, "We love our home!" so now it's great to share online. Zack's mind was always going as to how he could make our dreams come true. He would hold weekly meetings with us, listen, then whip out his measuring tape. He often did the impossible. Ask him about how in the world he fit things into the tight spaces we had. We have no idea. He worked with us and our designer with such professionalism.

What we especially liked:

1) Regular (usually weekly) meetings - these are helpful to review past efforts and chart new ones.
2) Workmanship - us and our designer presented some unique demands and Zack's team delivered.
3) Responsiveness - whenever we had an issue Zack usually responded within hours if not minutes.
4) Concern - Zack treated our home as if it were his own. Example: a sprinkler line broke that he had nothing to do with and he fixed it himself.
5) Trust - because of Zack's consistency he gained our complete trust after only a few weeks.
