It took about a year to find the perfect place, and during the house hunt and through escrow they were always reachable and made sure the process was as smooth as possible. Buying a home was not on my agenda this year. I was just browsing homes honestly. I sent a home to my broker and it was non-stop from that point on. My broker asked me if I had a realtor and I said, No. I had plenty of friends that were are realtors, but their level of professionalism I wasn't sure if it was up-to par.
