2022 was a challenging year for me. I had moved to California from my home in DC of over 60 years, but had not fully cleared the house of possessions and memories. What a challenge! I’m not a hoarder, but memorabilia does “accumulate.” Harry Moore was the perfect realtor to turn to. He helped me prepare the home for sale, offering valuable advice for strategic repairs to increase the home's value. Having an independent eye meant that the repairs were indeed those that a buyer would appreciate. He found service providers to get the work done quickly and on budget, and supervised the project because I was out of town.
