I have lived at Harborside Village Apartments for many years and have enjoyed every minute. My view of the water is incredible. It is so calm and peaceful.
The staff is responsive to requests for service. It is great having so many maintenance workers living on the property. The same friendly faces come when you need a repair or other work done. The lobby and stairwell in each building are cleaned weekly. The grounds are landscaped and well taken care of. We joke that Harborside is like living in a fancy resort only better.
The price for an apartment in the first planned community in Maryland so close to I-95 is very reasonable. The number of restaurants, shopping center, hair salon, library, marina, schools, churches and Parks within walking distance make Harborside Village Apts a very desirable place to live.

The staff are beautiful professional people and are very kind and patient they deserve 5 stars. Ms Alyse and Ms Williams stand out and were helpful throughout the process. The apartments looks like they did when I was a kid so I gave them 4 stars. I'm not a fan of white appliances I think it looks old fashioned. Also the closet in the master bedroom did not have a door. The location is awesome and the view is beautiful. Compared to other apartments in Maryland these are more affordable. Harborside does have modern apartments available some even have garages.

To list some of the greatness here: The area is beautiful, great community, fast responding maintenance, it’s quiet, kept clean, you can fish, go to the gym, take your kids to the park, and have a pool day. They even do monthly community contests and events! These are THE apartments you want to be in, trust me.

My boyfriend and I have lived here one week shy of a year and we love it here!! The staff is always friendly and accommodating, we love the views of the river and Mariner point park being right there! Can’t say enough great things about this place (-:

I’ve been a resident at Harborside for 4 months, and I couldn’t be any happier with my choice to live here.

The community is very safe, each apartment complex has tons of parking, and the landscaping team does an incredible job every week of making sure the grass is cut and that there’s zero trash.

The apartments are surprisingly very quiet! You might occasionally hear some footsteps and furniture being moved if you have an upstairs neighbor, but you never hear stuff like loud music or conversations.

Lastly, what seems to really set Harborside apart from other apartments is the staff. I haven’t been to any of the community events yet, but every month they host tons of them and they make sure to include everyone in the invitations. They also respond in a very quick manner to all requests and the one time I’ve needed maintenance, they fixed my issue within 4 hours.

So, if you’re looking for a new place to live, just know that you can’t go wrong with Harborside.

Harborside Village Apartments is
unquestionably among the best places to live that Harford County has to offer. The apartments are beautiful, and even have a washer and dryer in every unit. The property grounds are well maintained, and the waterfront view is absolutely picturesque. To compliment all of that the management and staff make it a pleasure to live here. There's never even been a time when a maintenance request was not addressed immediately.
Harborside Village Apartments is highly rated and recommended by me.

There is no better place to rent than Harborside! The apartments are gorgeous with so many amenities (my favorite is the huge tub!) The staff regularly check in to make sure everything is operating smoothly with plenty of notice. They host so many community events and have done many kind gestures to show they care about their residents. This one showed up on my door today for 6 months of renting here!
