It’s unfortunate that I had the same experience as expressed by the very unhappy customer above. I enjoy boosting businesses up and one will find all of my other reviews very positive. However, hiring Handcrafted is one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. The previous review mentioned them operating like a circus and I couldn’t agree more. Handcrafted made countless mistakes which severely delayed completion of my project while also charging supervision fees. Mind you, these delays were caused because of their oversights and mistakes! I eventually had to hire other professionals to finish my house. At one point in my life I built a custom home from the ground up in a different city with a different contractor, and had a wonderful experience. Dealing with Handcrafted was the antithesis of my first experience and caused much anxiety, disappointment, and depletion of my pocketbook.

They built around our HVAC and we don't have access to service it because of this. After three years I'm still making repairs and our house has become a job for me!
